The H. Franklin Brooks Philanthropic Fund was created at The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee to encourage the inclusion, acceptance and recognition of Middle Tennessee's lesbian and gay citizens by promoting respect and equality, improving services and strengthening alliances.
