Christy Porch is the Executive Assistant at CFMT, providing essential support to the CEO and Board of Directors. She efficiently manages the CEO’s schedule, coordinates board activities, and handles multiple tasks with composure and professionalism. Christy’s responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, preparing materials for meetings, and supporting the CEO in various administrative and strategic tasks. She also coordinates and hosts virtual meetings for the CEO and Board, and serves as the primary contact for Board members and committees.
In her role, Christy prepares agendas and minutes, tracks attendance for Board meetings, and maintains sensitive data and official records. She arranges logistics for meetings and Board events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, Christy supports other executive tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Foundation.
Before coming to CFMT, Christy worked for Bank of Goodlettsville, Capital Bank & Trust Co., and Reliant Bank. The chance to be part of a passionate team making a difference drew Christy to CFMT.

Away from the office, Christy loves pending time with her family, especially boating and camping at the Tennessee River. When at home, they get involved in our local community as well as a consistent flow of activities like craft fairs, music, and sporting events. Their annual favorite is The National Banana Pudding Festival!
