As the Finance & Accounting Associate, Taylor supports the Finance Department by handling contributions, banking activities, and deposit reconciliation. Additionally, she assists with administrative tasks like processing payments, preparing donor statements, and providing backup for Accounts Payable.

Taylor recently relocated to Nashville from Dallas. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. With five years of experience at Texas Instruments in finance and operations, she brings valuable expertise to her new role. CFMT’s deep commitment to creating a more thriving and inclusive community drew Taylor to the job.

“As someone who recently moved to Nashville for my husband’s MBA program at Vanderbilt, I was eager to find a way to get involved and make a meaningful impact in my new home,” says Taylor. “I’m excited about the opportunity to blend my previous skills with CFMT’s mission and work alongside a team with similar passions.”

In her spare time, Taylor is an avid reader and typically enjoys historical fiction or a good “whodunnit” murder mystery. She also loves playing games—crosswords, spades, Rummikub, and she recently has gotten into Mah Jongg, teaching it in Nashville as a fun way to connect with friends. Taylor is passionate about traveling and trying new foods/restaurants with friends and family. She love the stories, games, and memories shared around the dinner table!

The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.
