Emily Rutzky is the Creative Services Manager at CFMT, overseeing the creation and management of all materials that support our mission. From annual reports to event collateral, she ensures every piece reflects our brand identity and effectively communicates our message. Emily actively participates in concept meetings, manages marketing projects, and serves as the primary contact for design needs with external vendors, carefully managing  the budget to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. This collaboration extends to working closely with our in-house team, event chairs, and volunteers to achieve our objectives.

Prior to joining CFMT, Emily served as a senior graphic designer and the creative manager for The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Emily finds endless inspiration in learning about and engaging with our community, fueling her dedication to her work.

“I have worked in the design field for 20 years in Nashville, and the last decade spent at CFMT has given me a chance to continuously learn about the fantastic work being done in our community and use my creative experience to support our work,” says Emily. “Taking part in an organization that works alongside so many incredible donor and nonprofit partners who are making a real difference is hard to beat when it comes to work that fills my cup.”

Emily always has some project going, whether working on something creative with her son or taking photographs with her old cameras. She is currently exploring the world of children’s books by writing her own and taking classes to learn about publishing! Emily loves to cook and host parties for friends, and will never pass up a chance to arrange flowers to take to someone she loves. But her favorite way to spend my time is with her husband and son—at the baseball field, on neighborhood walks, or exploring Nashville on the weekends.

The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.
