Sabbatical Fund

waves

Established 2024

The Sabbatical Fund was established in 2024 in collaboration with multiple Middle Tennessee philanthropic foundations to celebrate nonprofit CEO/EDs and their dedication to caring for our community. We believe that rest is a companion to continuing meaningful work with longevity and that periods of extended rest are vessels for renewal and inspiration.

Grant dollars awarded from the Sabbatical Fund support sabbatical activities, experiences, and practices for the CEO/ED. Additionally, grant dollars are used to support interim leadership both before and during the sabbatical period. Grants are up to $20,000.
