Sarina is an experienced professional with expertise in early childhood education, program management, and public relations. As the Client Experience and Reporting Associate for the ChildcareTennessee Initiative at CFMT, Sarina manages helpdesk support, membership, and reporting for Tennessee’s licensed childcare programs. Her role includes ensuring grant applications meet compliance standards, assisting agencies with resources, and working closely with the team to enhance the quality and capacity of childcare services across the state. Passionate about community engagement, a vital role in supporting early childhood education initiatives brought Serina to CFMT.

“I have seen firsthand what the work of CFMT can do in the ECE space,” says Sarina. “I am honored to be a part of the process.”

Outside of the office, Sarina is involved in community theater, and has been an actor with the Tennessee Renaissance Festivals since 2004.
