Tiara Miles plays a vital role as a Grants Associate at CFMT, where she ensures smooth grant processing and supports donors through communication, research, and relationship-building with nonprofit partners. In addition to handling grant entry and donor relations, Tiara assists with event logistics, meeting coordination, and various administrative tasks.
