& Community Space at CFMT

A bustling hub for Middle Tennessee’s greatest resource, its people

The Jane and Richard Eskind and Family Building is the dynamic home of the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee (CFMT). We’re beyond excited to invite 501(c)(3) organizations for complimentary meeting space during our regular hours, subject to approval and availability. Eligible groups, operating within the 43-county region served by CFMT and having a current Giving Matters profile, as well as other nonprofit, governmental, or civic organizations, are welcome.

Recognizing challenges in accessing suitable space, our aim is to provide an affordable and accessible option for activities that further your organization’s mission or contribute to community connection and education. Whether it’s staff trainings, community gatherings, or board meetings, we look forward to hosting organizations dedicated to making a positive impact.

Please note that the space only comes with tables, chairs and technology as highlighted below in the room information. Meeting Rooms are subject to change.
